Brief phone screening that called very late, panel interview with example-based behavioral questions, short typing/basic math test. Extremely invasive background check. The company seriously asked me for W-2's from my teenage mall job in 2009, which I did have but I am assuming most people would not.

Tell me about a time you had to tell someone no. Tell me about a time you had to make a decision there was no policy for. Tell me about a time you disagreed with your manager. Tell me about a time you needed to negotiate. Tell me about a time you had to handle an irate person.

Phone interview went well was not too intricate but also asked a lot of questions that didn’t necessarily relate to the role as I would have thought they should have

The first interview provided a lot of valuable information about the position and company. During the second interview, I gained deeper insights into the organization and appreciated the opportunity to meet the division manager.

I got an interview setup with a recruiter who broke up a 40 minute call into 2 sections. 1st half was for going over the role and actually asking YOU what do you know about travelers and why are you interested in the position? She also went over my resume with me and asked for highlights/summaries of what I did and why I left. The second half of the role was the infamous behavioral interview. which was okay, I'll put the questions down below
