Entretien
The interview process overall was pretty simple and smooth. A recruiter reached out to ask a few simple questions as to my resume and also a few situational based questions to screen me further for the next step. From there I moved onto a 3 panel interview with the hiring manager, his manager and also the region director. They all asked situational based questions that required you to use specific examples on past experiences. They were also very upfront and friendly about the entire process, job description and next steps.

Was very quick and straightforward. The management was very encouraging and helpful. Between each step in the process, I was made aware of the next steps and what was coming.

Entretien
Very long interview process. Applied online, received a link to complete an assessment the next day. 2 weeks later got a call from a recruiter for a phone interview. 2 weeks later was contacted again to set up a zoom interview for the following week. About a week later got called with a job offer starting a month later. The process took 2.5 months from application to first day of work.
Great conversation with the Hiring Director. Get to know each other and the basic fundamentals of your career path. Look forward to the next steps here but you won't allow me to view your website without this measly review.
