J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Travelers (Charlotte, NC) en juin 2019
Entretien
Nearly 8 week process. This included a phone interview with The recruiter, in person interview with 2 unit managers, and a video interview with 2 directors and HR. Standard situational questions were asked along with some get to know you questions. All interactions with staff were pleasant. This position no longer had staffing needs and was asked to apply for another position which I was hired for.

Question 1
Name a time when you had an important task where there were interruptions. How did you respond?

Entretien
Pretty straightforward. Initial call with a recruiter. 2nd was a google meet call with a manager and a team member who went over the role and answered any questions. 3rd interview was in person with the director. Typical situational/behavioral questions. Very smooth process.

Phone interview was was simple, basic questions about your past. "Testing" was long with 8 parts to it including Math, typing, pattern recognition (checking addresses vs a master key for errors), listening skills, personality testing and basic insurance knowledge (such as reading guidelines and then answering questions). It really wasn't too difficult but it is a lengthy process that will wear you down quickly. I know that it says "IQ Test" but it really isn't one. If you can follow directions and read them carefully you will be fine. Next step (which I am currently waiting for) is for them to call back if you passed the test and will be some type of interview. I will update as time goes on.
