Recruiter contacted me on indeed. I applied online and then completed about an hour long simulation and behavioral test. Recruiter emailed me back to set up a phone screening. We set it up for the next day (i wish i would have given myself more time to prepare). The phone screening lasted about 20 minutes. I thought it went okay. I prepared for typical STAR based questions but somehow i let my nerves get to me and fumbled over a few questions. I immediately checked the candidate portal that they provide after you apply online and it said that i was 'Under Consideration', i refreshed it about 2 min later and it said 'Application Withdrawn.' Sighhhh

The first interview provided a lot of valuable information about the position and company. During the second interview, I gained deeper insights into the organization and appreciated the opportunity to meet the division manager.

I got an interview setup with a recruiter who broke up a 40 minute call into 2 sections. 1st half was for going over the role and actually asking YOU what do you know about travelers and why are you interested in the position? She also went over my resume with me and asked for highlights/summaries of what I did and why I left. The second half of the role was the infamous behavioral interview. which was okay, I'll put the questions down below
