There were three interviews total: two virtual and one in-person. The total process from the initial email requesting an interview to the offer was about 6 weeks. The recruiters are very helpful and always ready to answer any questions you may have.

The interview process with Travelers was longer than most and requires a great deal of flexibility. There were roughly 4 rounds of interviews that went up the leadership chain. The company does a good job of making sure a candidate will be a good competency and culture fit; however, it can be hard to coordinate the different interview if you are currently employed. It can also be tricky if you are interviewing elsewhere concurrently, as other companies may offer you employment before you finish the Travelers interview process.
