Had a 1 hour long in person interview in the Shrewsbury office - drove over and had no follow up, not even a rejection email which I found incredible considering I’m a recruiter myself. Was interviewed on a conference table in the middle of a working office with around 5/6 people working away listening into the conversation which made me feel nervous and awkward, I wasn’t keen on sharing with everyone my details and work experience and it just made me speak very quietly and feel a bit on edge.
