Meet with a lot of people (primarily brokers) because you are expected to work with a lot of them on various pursuits and assignments. Likability is probably the biggest factor of the entire interview process. Being friendly, good in conversation, humble and overall just someone that does well in front of people is 99% of it. You can teach people real estate but you can't teach likability. If everyone likes you and thinks you're a good fit... you will meet with the president of the office for final stamp of approval.
