An HR team with no ethical standards at all. After I got the offer, I started to ask the company to apply for a visa and delivered the application form. After two weeks, I didn't get any reply, the person in charge didn't even reply to my emails and avoided answering my calls. Finally, two weeks later, an email notification was sent to all the applicants, including those who had already got an offer. The superbly incompetent team caused me to have to leave the UK within 20 days, which I wasn't even prepared for. It would have been understandable if I had been told in advance that I would not be able to apply for a visa. The whole team disappeared and it was a surprise. I would advise anyone who wants to apply to think about this: Will this management team make any progress in the London system? Will they treat their staff well?

Written Assessment, role play with actors , interview face to face with management and hr personnel. Difficult but all materials given for interview. Role play is where most fail. Think of customer service vs safety
