It is smooth. I participated in a presentation, a group interview with approximately eight people, and an interview to determine my level of competency. The environment was smooth, and the interviewers were nice.

Entretien
The process asked me to answer a numerical test and behaviour questions. Very poor way to reject a candidate as I answered the questions well and such way got me to final stages in other jobs.
