Online application, automated video interview, assessment day including group exercise, written exercise, presentation and interview. The video interview felt a bit unusual so practise this form of interview before doing the real thing. The interview on the assessment day was quite relaxed and lasted between 20-30 mins, asked fairly general questions appropriate to the position I had applied for.
