A few days after applying, Ireceived a calendar invite for a video interview with one of the co founders named Alex. For some reason, which I corrected afterwards, although we were able to connect on Zoom, Alex was not able to see me. After a few minutes of not being able get the camera to connect, he abruptly disconnected. He has a heavy accent so it was difficult to understand him anyway, but he definitely left a bad impression of how he conducts himself. Hanging up in the middle of an interview tells me a lot about how things are managed at TransparentBusiness when something goes wrong.
