Entretien
They are in search of persons with prior alcohol/drug additions and Seriously Mental Illness conditions. This puts the employee at the same level as the clients. You are required to have or obtain a Peer Support certificate which consist of 2 weeks of class at a Behavioral Health Agency. Also a background check and drug test.
