J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Transdev (Melbourne) en nov. 2016
Entretien
I submitted my application online and answered some questions they had there. Then I got a call to do a short phone interview which only went for about 10/15 minutes. After that I had a 2 face-to-face interviews with different people. The interviewers wanted examples of things I'd done in the past which was a bit of pressure during the interview but it was ok. I probably should've expected that and done some more preparation before. The rest was just normal reference checks, police check and medical - like plenty of other jobs. I liked going to the site because I got a better understanding of what it would be like working there. The people all seemed friendly and down-to-earth. It's turned out really well and I've enjoyed working here a lot

Question 1
They have a strong focus on safety so there was a question about that. I used an example from an office job I had in the past which they were happy with. They said it didn't have to be a work site example or anything
They were interested in knowing why I'd left some of my previous jobs and they seemed especially interested in knowing more about what I was looking for and what I wanted to do in the future
