The interview process is set up in 3 different interviews. The first interview they want to get to know you a little bit. For the 2nd round, you meet with an account manager and they go over everything that is done daily. They explain everything thoroughly. You get the 3rd interview if they see you as a good fit for the company. I liked that it was straight to the point and they don't hide anything from you.

I received a phone call a day after I applied, a friendly woman in the Human Resources department gave me a call and discussed the position further. Once that was completed, I came in the next day to meet with the hiring manager - he was very friendly despite his corporate/slightly intimating appearance. We went over the usual interview questions, salary, and he discussed the background of the company and clients they manage. He finalized the interview letting me know that they'd give me a call if I were selected to move forward with a second and final interview. Later that afternoon, the same woman who called to set up the interview let me know I was selected to move in with the process and the second interview was going to be on Monday, I accepted. Monday came and I met with the assistant manager for a lengthier interview discussing the specifics, he started by introducing himself and letting me know more about him, then discussed my job duties, compensation, and growth opportunities. We wrapped up the interview and he mentioned he was going to give his recommendation to the hiring manager. I waited in the lobby that same morning for my final interview and then met with the hiring manager as he asked a couple final questions and then made me an offer which I accepted.
