4 total rounds, not sure how many more there may have been. HR was lovely & prompt throughout the process. However, during the last 2 interview rounds - 3 out of 5 interviewers never showed up. Leaving both final rounds as a 1 on 1 interview. While that in itself isn't great, what made matters worse is that the only individuals that did show up were completely unprepared. We awkwardly waited around for others to join, others that clearly should have been running the interview. No clue why we went through so many rounds to keep having staff not arrive. On top of this, these 2 final rounds - both staff seemingly had different ideas of what this role was supposed to do. The final interviewer was from a different team and was open about how upset that they were that another VP was getting this role. That he "used to have" this role but it was taken away. I was flat out told that I did not want to work there by that same final interviewer. Bullet... dodged I guess?
