Worst interview process I have ever seen. They made us to wait for 4 hours to take first round. I think they are conducting interview for eye wash and to see how many foot falls. They recently opened offshore account and trying to promote by conducting interviews

Interview more biased for other company employees, as this client project was exist in Capgemini they want to retain employees who worked previously. If you are a Capgemini employee, interview panel more likely selection panel otherwise rejection panel. ETL interviews usually conducted by one lady staff in Chennai DLF branch. Questions mostly like scenario based, Even if you answer well, she ask for alternative ways and she laughs if your answer not upto the mark. It's a new office in Chennai, renovation work was going on when I attended, as I observed around 40+ people working here. Interview happens only during weekdays. Interview time may not followed strictly, so plan your day according.
