I was brought in to discuss the recruiter position with the company after a brief phone conversation the week before. After talking to the recruiter for a bit, I was given a test designed to test my attention to detail. It consisted of two parts - the first being a short piece I had to proofread for errors, and the second being document comparison (had to find the differences). However, I didn't pass the test and wasn't able to continue.
