I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn, the recruiter gave me the link to the job description so I applied there. The process was so quick, I received a coding test on the next day of applying and submitted on the same day. Then, I got an email saying I got to the next round of interview with the manager. Then, the next round is another round of coding (from the client) before I continue another round of interview with the client. The end of interview process is like a behavourial interview from the client's manager(?) I think. I think it took me around 4 weeks to complete all of the processes.
