This company is an absolute joke with their recruiting process. They put me through, not exaggerating, 10+ interviews before finally turning me down and paid for absolutely no travel costs. After 3 phone interviews I came in to their NYC office once for a "superday" and met with 4 of the current employers. Most of the employers were pretty rude but I decided to continue with it because it's a tough market to get a job. Some of the people that interviewed me didn't even ask me if I had any questions but rather just walked away. After this superday, they told me I would be better for TransLegal and that I would have 2 phone interviews and then if those went well I would be invited to come back in to meet with some people in this department. Those went well and I went into NYC again to meet with 3 people in TransLegal which an HR person told me went very well. After this, they asked me to have another interview with the VP of Sales and then do a Caliper test and then a decision would finally be made. The entire process took about 3 months, no joke. I would stay very very very far away from this company because just their hiring process is atrocious so I can't imagine them being successful in anything they do.
