I started with a one on one interview with a VP, after being referred by a friend who already worked at the company. Then I was introduced to their internal recruiter who did a short phone interview. I was given a few online tests to complete, and advanced to speaking with a manager for a 30 minute phone interview. Then I was passed to speak with another VP, and told the call typically lasts 4 minutes and not to be put off by that short of a call. I ended up speaking with him for 15 minutes. The offer letter took some time to get, as apparently the CEO signs each offer letter.

I submitted my resume, and proceeded to reach out to the recruiter that posted the role. R.B, the recruiter, proceeded to contact me, and wanted to set up an initial interview. She asked for my availability, and I provided several times and dates. She then proceeded to ghost me, and when I followed up, she sent me a generic response, thanking me for taking the time to interview, but they were moving forward with other candidates. I WAS NEVER INTERVIEWED!

Process was lengthy and unorganized. Upper management not so pleasant during interview process. Probably my worse interviewing experience even though I made it through the final rounds. There is a total of 4-5 rounds with different people depending on position. I worked with an internal recruiter who was pleasant at first but ghosted me after the process when I asked for simple feedback.

4 interviews with different stakeholders: HR, future boss, CFO and/or CEO of the company. This is followed by a logic and an aptitude (personality) test. The two test takes a about 2 to 3 hours to complete and they have a lot of weight on the hiring process when it comes to the criteria
