After applying to TransPerfect on LinkedIn, I was messaged by a recruiter the following day. We scheduled a preliminary phone interview, which was followed by a basic word test called the "final eye test". After he reviewed the edited word document that I sent him, he scheduled me in for an in person interview in their Austin branch. I was interviewed by the president of the Austin branch, and two project managers that worked at the site. The interview itself was quite relaxed. They asked about previous experience, why I chose this field to specilise in, and how I would react to certain scenarios.
