I applied for the position of Translation Project Coordinator and after a few days I was contacted by a recruiter to arrange a phone call, which was aimed at seeing if I was a good fit for the company. The recruiter was nice and friendly, but unfortunately I didn't pass the phone screening.

You send your CV, they reach out via email and schedule a call with you to outline as many details as possible about the job and then send you a set of tests. If you pass the tests, you go to an interview with a manager. If positive, you get an offer.

Entretien
I was interviewed by someone in the human resources team via a videocall. She was nice and there wasn’t any tension at all. Questions were easy and casual. She wanted me to go through my resume and then she asked me about my specific expertise in the translation industry. I received an offer one week later, which I declined because the offered salary was too low, even for a remote position.
