J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez TransMarket Group en sept. 2014
Entretien
At first, there were some questions about resume and trading experience including work experience and project details. Then they asked about some technical questions using probability and calculus like other interview questions. Then I was asked about some more advanced questions about options like Black scholes formula, volatility, delta, and delta hedging. Passed first round and there is going to be four more rounds.
Applied and got a phone interview a few weeks later. The phone interview was straight forward with basic math, linear algebra, probability, and trading questions. Overall easy process but didn't move forward.

Interviewed for 5 rounds lasting 2 months, submitted background check and references before final round interview flying down to PR, and then ghosted. Have some respect for your own time and do not interview w them

Bad interview experience overall. The process took longer than 2 months, consisting of 2 phone calls, 1 character interview. HR replies your email very late and sometimes ignores your email. Technical part is extremely easy: probability, mental math(nailed every technical Q very quickly). 1 hour character interview asks very personal questions, they are not looking for ppl who can do the job but someone belongs to certain tight knit culture/race/social class(take a guess), an eye opening experience even after having interviewed with so many trading companies, was rejected after character interview.
