Met the Ingersoll-Rand team at a campus recruiting fair. A lady in HR seemed to really like me, she asked me to come back the next day to schedule an interview. I was excited, the company atmosphere and goals seemed great. I had an interview that was mostly behavioral based with no technical questions. They had a specific format for answering ~5 questions (what was the situation/problem, what did you do to fix it, how did the problem turn out). It was a pretty easy interview.

The interview was for Trane in La Crosse WI. Had a 30 min phone interview with behavioral questions.
