The first perception that I got about the company was that it cared about where their employees came from, where they are now, and where they are going in their careers. My second perception was that they care about the well-being of their employees. The interview was one in which you have to make sure that you know what you're talking about and be flexible in what you are able to do for the company.

The recruiter tried to schedule a panel interview for a lesser position than I applied for, but he didn't actually tell me that that is what he was doing. I guess he hoped I wouldn't notice? When I tried to contact him several times by email and phone to clarify what the actually position was, he ghosted me. This shameful performance reflects very poorly on Trane Technologies, but I doubt they care. I guess I'm glad I dodged a bullet, because I can only imagine what shenanigans would occur had I actually started working there.

The team was very friendly, well organized, and insightful questions were asked, Outside of the interview questions conversation was great. Overall time was 2 hours but felt quick and seamless as long as you're prepared.

Applied online. Received email to schedule phone call that was essentially screening to verify my resume. Scheduled phone interview with local Manager. She didn’t call at date/time. The original rep never responded to my emails inquiring to the no call no show manager.
