I made it to the on-site interview. There was supposed to be 2 people at the interview, but one didn't show up... Felt pretty informal. Basically asked the same questions that were asked during the phone interview. Was later introduced to the team and given a tour of the office. The whole process went through pretty quickly, the interview didn't even take the scheduled full hour.
