I applied online, received a phone interview twice, was called by local office for a sit down interview. Manager and field supervisor reviewed resume with me, asked basic knowledge questions, reviewed job roles. I was able to accurately describe my experience that appeased both manager and supervisor. They discussed further training I would receive if hired. I was offered the job a few days later.
