First I applied online and got a call a few days later to do a 20 minute phone interview with a recruiter. I was one of the first to apply for the position so I stood out. I was then told be the recruiter that she was impressed with my resume and qualifications and that she would be recommending I move on to the next phase in the selection process. About two weeks later I was contacted to set up an in person interview with a 5 person panel interview. I was provided with some great interview material as they use the star interview process. The interview went VERY WELL and was so laid back, we laughed and dove right into my resume and personal experiences. I'm waiting to hear if get the position, their facility is beautiful and the culture seems very fun and I would love the opportunity to work for Trane in the Jacksonville service department.
