Applied through indeed and then a week or so later a junior PM had replied via email inviting me for a 1st stage interview process. 1st stage interview - went through the CV and asked typical questions about past roles and experience then usual interview questions, such as why do you want to work for Trakcel and what do you know about the industry etc. Following this I was emailed about a week after the interview date to say that I had been successful and was invited for a second stage interview. Where you need to present a project that you had previously completed regardless of the topic. There was a senior PM interviewing who would sit through the presentation then ask questions, similar questions to the 1st interview. Which I found was a quite pointless as you were just repeating yourself then there was the typical questions such as what are your strengths/weaknesses etc. 2 days later they had got in touch and provided an offer which I declined as I was put off by the interview process and salary was lower than other similar roles.
