Initiial phone interview with recruiter then on phone with President/owner (v. small company). face to face with president who just want to see contact list. Did not feel it was for a job.

General questions about background then very heavy questioning about who my business contacts are, asking v. specific questions on names and titles. I felt like president was 'fishing' for contacts for his business.
