I applied for the position at CloudHire through LinkedIn and also sent an email to the recruiter. On the same day, I received a call for an initial screening. During this call, there was an in-depth discussion about my experience, skills, background, salary expectations, and current compensation. Later that day, my interview was scheduled, which lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer asked detailed questions about the HRMS they use, as they were specifically looking for someone with experience in that system. Since I have hands-on experience with that HRMS, the interviewer mentioned that it was a good fit from their end. I was informed that the HR recruiter would follow up the next day or the day after to confirm my salary expectations and discuss the next steps.
