The candidate will be interviewed by 2 people, HR and manager, and it will last about 30 minutes. First, the candidate will take the interviewers through his/her resume. Then, he/she will answer behavioral questions and go into more detail about his/her major and work experience. The manager will ask some real-life situational questions in the workplace. Finally, the candidate will be allowed to ask some questions to the interviewers.
