First of all, the recruiter got back to me late to set a phone interview. When the time came, I did not receive a call. I emailed the recruiter informing her I’m still waiting on the call, hoping she will respond. I heard nothing back! This is so unprofessional!! At least have the common curtesy to explain what happened and not leave me wondering!!

Had two interviews in a three-interview process. One over the phone and one in person. They will not compensate you for your gas driving to their office location (I spent $50 round trip). I thought the interviews went extremely well, but they went with another candidate. It's frustrating when a company will make a potential candidate spent money out of their pocket but won't compensate.

Sat with the general manager for 1 hour and he described the job in detail and was encouraging regarding the potential for commissions. He explained the benefits and the commission structure.
