I walked up to the management desk and asked for an application. Three days later I handed it in and two days after that i received an interview date exactly a week later.The interview lasted 41 minutes exactly (I timed it). I was asked at least 20 questions. They want to make sure that you wont flip out on a customer and do something crazy. All day wanted to find out in the interview is if you are a fun person that can get a long with others. two days after the interview I received a phone call from the manager of the store saying i got the job.

I was not hired! It was a new store so it was a very competitive position. I was emailed the day after my application, but denied shortly after the call. I am under the assumption that this location prefers experienced people.
