Only three steps: a first meeting with a staff engineer to talk about my experience, then a system design meeting, and finally a meeting with a product manager.
The process was straight forward and they came back to me in a few days to make an offer.

Design a notification system for alerting customers when stock prices cross a threshold.
Call with the director, then HR, then systems design, and PO discussion. Be prepared to talk about your past experience in detail and some domain knowledge. Be prepared to go deep into what and how you've been working on in the past.

I had call with one of the tech leads just to discuss the background. I got rejected post that without much clarification on what basis I was rejected. I wish I would have been told what to expect during the interview so that I could have been better prepared
