The interview process was pleasant. I met with an HR person as well as a member of the technical staff. We discussed my background and qualifications as well as the nature and requirements of the position and the company itself. This is the one and only time I have been late for an interview but those of you who are familiar with Riverside / Orange County traffic conditions will understand. fortunately they were very reasonable. The questions were more about my background and not my specific technical knowledge. However, there was a follow-up, post-interview test that they sent me to be completed in a specific period of time. I could not get their library to work so I wrote my own routines. Apparently that didn't impress them enough since I didn't get an offer.
