A huge pain! I had to go to 3 interviews with 3 different managers in 3 different cities. An hour drive one way to get there and one was in another state. It all seems very promising until you get a horribly low ball offer and no negotiation. It's obvious this company milks the new hires and hourly employees to pad the management's pocket .
