Store supervisor contacted me by phone. With minimal (if any) knowledge of my abilities or experiences, I was asked "do you want a job?". The caller never even gave me his name. I thought this was a joke.
The interview process was over the phone and quite simple. The manager spoke with me for about 20 to 30 minutes. Asked about my previous experience and my availability to work

Walked in and was led to a room in the back where they asked relatively generic questions. They asked what I knew about the area and outdoors. They also wanted to know availability and schedule.
