The overall process was very disorganized and drawn out way too long. The recruiter rescheduled multiple times and was rude on the phone. They tend to go with referrals only here so apply with caution.

Entretien
Initial interview with the hiring manager went well, went along to interview with the head sales people for the specific division I was interviewing for. It lasted for about 40 minutes and was relatively tough, but it’s easy to tell the company culture is great and they have a very strong emphasis on teamwork. It’s also well known that they generally look at inside hires to move up, but still consider outside hires from time to time.

Entretien
I initially interviewed for a different position and was told that I did not get the position, but someone from HR thought I'd be a better fit for the more challenging ISR position. I agreed. I went through 2 interviews in person and a lunch meeting as well as an Excel test. Everyone was super nice and I felt welcomed. I think I might have had a longer more difficult interview process because I do not know anyone there, Trace3 usually hires by employee referrals.
