There were two interviewers. They introduced themselves and then asked me to do the same. Then they asked me to go over my resume. The questions asked were the STAR questions.

I applied online and got an interview a month later. After completing that, I received an offer around 2-3 weeks later. The recruiter who interviewed me was very kind and I had a great experience.

Extremely professional and friendly. Be sure to mention Kaizen and the other core principles of Toyota's company process. pretty standard interview questions lots of good information on Toyota's website and on this glassdoor page.
