3 Step interview process, first step is a video interview in which you send a video of you answering 10 different questions they give you. The software they use walks you through question by question and you can always re-do a response if you messed up. Second step is with the hiring manager at the main office, takes about an hour, but they carefully walk you through the job description and benefits. Final interview is with your direct supervisors at the property. All the questions are fair, and everyone you speak with is incredibly welcoming and informative.

I had to do two online interviews I have never done anything like that before. I also had to do two in person interviews , one was with the community manager and the other was with the area manager. And then I had to go through a background check and drug screening.
