As discussed via the telephone today, we are very sorry that you are disappointed with your experience. Due to your work commitments and missed calls that were arranged from both parties, it is unfortunate that we were not able to arrange for you to attend a face to face interview.
During our call, I explained that we need to ensure that we attract and hire top talent in what is a very difficult market place as quickly as possible.
This sometimes results in us having to make quick decisions on candidates who are further down our process compared to others, which results in us having to advise candidates whom are at early stages of the process that the role has been filled.
