Got invited to interview for a position at the start of September 2018. First interview was shortly after in late September with two interviewers. This was the most technical of interviews asking specific questions about project and previous work experiences Was passed along to second interview three weeks later in mid-October with one member of staff. Was told there would be a wait until hearing back. E-mailed at start of January asking what is going on and was told I would hear about a third interview shortly. Four weeks later, I get given a personality quiz and have a third interview at start of February. At end of interview, was told it should be four weeks until I hear yes or no. Eight weeks later, I e-mail and two weeks after that I get a standard rejection notice at back end of April 2019. All three interviews were remarkably similar around the questions with only the first interview asking directly about what specifically I had done in a previous role. Eight months, three Skype interviews, one automated rejection notice.
