The CV are sent to the various agents responsible for recruitment into contract positions in the company. The Company make request to agents for positions based on their company requirements for the positions. Agents will send the CV to company for review. If the CV sent to the company meet the requirement, the individual are informed by the agent on agreed date of interview with the company. The interview for contract position are usually done by panels usually made up of 4 to 5 persons.
