Long, multiple rounds of pre interviews that seemed to accomplish nothing. There was a 2-3 hourish training in person at the facility to see what the work would really be like. I was also told to make a presentation on the breakdown of a product and how all the components come together to make the final good. This was a requirement of the recruiter, but then when I interviewed with a decision maker, they were unaware that I had done this and had never seen it, AND DIDNT WANT ME TO GIVE THE PRESENTATION. They offered me a position after i spent probably 7 hours of interviewing and i spent 6 hours crafting a thoughtful well-designed presentation. The position was supposed to start the following week, but it was delayed 3.5 weeks. In that time I found a different job. 2/10 do not recommend. 45hour weeks with 2/4 saturdays a month on top of that for the first 6 months for a salary of 40,000 so 20,000 for that 6 month period of a ridiculous amount of hours. Terrible process

Screening call, phone interview and then shadow interview offer. Had to pause because I am moving but appreciated the recruiters time in helping me learn more about the position. If I move calmly I may do the shadowing session to learn more and possibly consider the job.
