It was a challenging but fair process. I feel that it was tough only because they want to make sure they hire qualified people for the position, which is totally understandable. They give you all the tools you need to know to interview successfully.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.
