Very nice recruiters, really did their best to sell the company. Were very clear about the salary and the expectation that sales reps should "be on the job 60 hours per week"; in other words always thinking logistics and thinking about creative solutions for vendors and distributors in different industries. The interview process was multi-level and very demanding. The third interview was a 4-hour process that included a geography test, additional assessments, an in person interview and shadowing a current sales rep.

Great interview process very thorough. I am currently in the interview process about to get to part 2. Looking forward to learn more about the company. Hopefully soon I will be getting further into the interview process.

Entretien
I had a phone interview and was expecting to go to a Zoom interview. I never heard back from them after that. I guess they did not like me, but I have heard that it is easy to get a job with them, and I saw much success with many other places. Maybe it just wasn’t a good fit, and I’m OK with that.

Entretien
Hannah called me and set up an interview as soon as she possibly could. Things are going well and she ghosted me after two interview interviews. I got a generic email this morning saying they’re going to move on without me. This is frustrating because I’m severely overqualified for the position and everything was going swimmingly. It’s even more frustrating because this job is entry-level and I have eight years of record-breaking experience at multiple Fortune 500 Thai companies. The gatekeeper at TQL is someone named Hannah who, according to LinkedIn, was waitressing at Buffalo wild wings while I was breaking records at Yelp. That doesn’t seem right.
