Very easy process. More like a training activity. Were shown a few videos on a TV screen and then given a questionnaire to fill out based on the video. Had to pass questionnaire to get the role, but it was very common sense based.

Quick and simple, no real interview, just an induction into the company. If they ask you to come in they have already accepted you. The interview seems to just be a formal process they have to do before you join. It's barely an interview just involved having a speech from them, watching a video and then answering some written questions.
