Telephonic Interview and they asked me some basic questions. The Interview was not very long I think it was a 20 mins interview. The manager was specifically interested in knowing why I wanted to join them.

It was a power struggle and almost felt like my skills were being downplayed. He seemed like he was disregarding the experience that I have. It was one of the weirdest interviews I have had.

First round interview is a group interview. The interview questions mostly about your previous experience in retail, situational questions (What will you do if you are in specific situation), and practical.
