I was first contacted by email in which they organized an interview time, which took a couple weeks. Then, I had an interview where the manager of the branch asked a few behavioural questions, which then proceeded to a 30-minute shelving test where you had to sort books according to title/number. It took almost a month before I got the call that I got the job.
